Boston Sour

Ingredients
| 2 oz. | Bourbon (or Rye) |
| .75 oz. | Lemon Juice |
| .5 oz. | Simple Syrup |
| .5 oz. | Egg White |
| Garnish | Angostura Bitters |
Directions
- Combine the Ingredients in a Cocktail Shaker
- Dry Shake vigorously for 30 Seconds
- Add Ice to the Shaker
- Wet Shake for 15 Seconds
- Double Strain into a Rocks Glass over Ice
- Garnish with 3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
The Boston Sour is a Whiskey Sour, with the addition of Egg White. The Egg White completely changes the texture of the Whiskey Sour, making it much more frothy.
