The Mary Pickford was created in the 1920’s in Havana, Cuba. The creator is up for debate. Some say Addie Woelke while others say Fred Kaufman. The drink is named after the actress, Mary Pickford, who may have been working on a film in Cuba at the time. This is an Official IBA Cocktail.

The Dark ‘n’ Stormy was invented a long time ago in an Island in the Atlantic Ocean. In a similar fashion to Pusser’s with the Painkiller, despite not inventing the Cocktail, Gosling’s trademarked the name Dark ‘n’ Stormy so that it has to be made with Gosling’s Rum. If you make it with a different Rum, it is not a Dark ‘n’ Stormy. This is an Official IBA Cocktail.

The Golden Dream is like a Dreamsicle flavored Cocktail with the addition of Galliano. It was created in the 1960’s at the Old King Bar in Miami, Florida by Raimundo Alvarez. It is a riff on the Golden Cadillac. This is an Official IBA Cocktail.

The Martinez is a variation of the Manhattan with the substitution of Gin for Whiskey and the addition of Maraschino Liqueur. It’s not entirely clear who invented the drink, but it was invented in the 1800’s and was more than likely named after the city of Martinez, California. This is an Official IBA Cocktail.

The Brandy Crusta was invented in the 1850’s by an Italian Bartender named Joseph Santini at his bar, Jewel of the South, in New Orleans, Louisiana. It gets its name from the sugared rim, referring to it as a “Crusta” or “Hard Outer Layer.” This is an Official IBA Cocktail.

The Boston Sour is a Whiskey Sour, with the addition of Egg White. The Egg White completely changes the texture of the Whiskey Sour, making it much more frothy.

The New York Sour is an old cocktail originating sometime around the Mid-1800’s. It is essentially a Boston Sour with a Red Wine Float. This cocktail has had a couple other names over the years, including the Continental Sour. It is thought to have been invented in Chicago, Illinois. This is an Official IBA Cocktail.

The Americano (not the coffee drink) was invented in the 1860’s by Gaspare Campari at his bar, Caffè Campari, in Milan, Italy. It possibly got its name from the American Tourists that ordered the drink. The drink is a twist on the Milano-Torino, which doesn’t have Soda Water. It also possibly inspired the Negroni. This is an Official IBA Cocktail.

  • Pour the Peach Purée in a Champagne Flute
  • Top with Prosecco

The Bellini was created sometime after 1934 by Giuseppe Cipriani at Harry’s Bar in Venice, Italy. The drink is named after painter Giovanni Bellini, because the color of the drink reminded Cipriani of a part of one of his paintings. A Strawberry variant of this drink is a Rossini. This is an Official IBA Cocktail.
