Revolver

Ingredients

2 oz.	Bourbon (or Rye)
.5 oz.	Coffee Liqueur
2 Dashes	Orange Bitters
Garnish	Orange Peel

Directions

• Combine the Ingredients in a Mixing Glass with Ice
• Stir for 30 seconds
• Strain into a Cocktail Glass
• Flame the Orange Peel over the top
• Garnish with the Flamed Orange Peel

The Revolver is a Coffee Liqueur riff on the Manhattan. It was created by Jon Santer at Bruno’s, a bar in San Francisco, California. The original was made with Rye Whiskey, but since its creation, Bourbon has become more commonly used.
