Ingredients

1.5 oz.	Vanilla Vodka
.5 oz.	Passion Fruit Liqueur
1 oz.	Passionfruit Puree
.5 oz.	Lime Juice
.5 oz.	Vanilla Syrup
1.5 oz.	Chilled Champagne (Sparkling Wine)
Garnish	Passion Fruit Half

Directions

Combine the Vodka, Passion Fruit Liqueur, Passionfruit Puree, Lime Juice and Vanilla Syrup in a Cocktail Shaker with Ice
Shake for 15 Seconds
Double Strain into a Cocktail Glass
Garnish with a Passion Fruit Half
Pour the Champagne in a Shot Glass

The Porn Star Martini was invented by Douglas Ankrah at Townhouse Bar in London, England in 2002. It got it’s name because Douglas was inspired to make this drink by the smell of a strippers perfume. It is served with a shot of Champagne to help cleans the pallet between sips.

Shake for 15 Seconds

Double Strain into a Hurricane Glass over Cracked Ice

Garnish with an Orange Slice, Cocktail Cherry and Straw

The Hurricane was invented in the 1940’s at Pat O’Brien’s in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Hurricane is an iconic tropical drink that even had it own Glass named after it.

2 oz.	Light Rum
2 oz.	Dark Rum
.5 oz.	Passionfruit Puree
1 oz.	Lime Juice
1 oz.	Orange Juice
.5 oz.	Simple Syrup
1 Barspoon	Grenadine
Garnish	Orange Slice
