London Mule

Ingredients

2 oz.	Gin
1 oz.	Lime Juice
To Top	Ginger Beer
Garnish	Lime Wheel

Directions

Combine the Gin and Lime Juice in a Copper Mug over Ice
Top with Ginger Beer
Stir till Combined
Garnish with a Lime Wheel and Straw

The London Mule is a Gin twist on the Moscow Mule. It is similar to the Gin-Gin Mule and it’s a more specified version of a Gin Buck. It gets its name from London Dry Gin.

Mexican Mule

2 oz.	Tequila
1 oz.	Lime Juice
To Top	Ginger Beer
Garnish	Lime Wheel
Garnish	Jalapeño (Optional)

Directions

Combine the Tequila and Lime Juice in a Copper Mug over Ice
Top with Ginger Beer
Stir till Combined
Garnish with a Lime Wheel, Jalapeño and Straw

The Mexican Mule is a Tequila twist on the Moscow Mule. It gets its name from the association that Tequila has with Mexico.

Gin-Gin Mule

Ingredients

1.75 oz.	Gin
1 oz.	Simple Syrup
.5 oz.	Lime Juice
6	Mint Leaves
To Top	Ginger Beer
Garnish	Mint Sprig

Directions

Combine the Gin, Simple Syrup, Mint and Lime Juice in a Cocktail Shaker with Ice
Shake for 15 Seconds
Strain into a Collins Glass or Copper Mug over Ice
Top with Ginger Beer
Garnish with a Mint Sprig and Straw

The Gin-Gin Mule is a Minty twist on the London Mule. The drink was invented by Audrey Saunders at her bar, the Pegu Club, in New York City.
