1Banana

The Fat Elvis was a specialty drink I had at the Mellow Mushroom in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee on New Years 2021. It was really good, so I decided to remake it. Cement Mixer

Cement Mixer

Ingredients

.75 oz.Irish Cream
.75 oz.Lime Juice

Directions

  • Pour the Irish Cream and Lime Juice in 2 separate Shot Glasses
  • Pour the Irish Cream Shot in your mouth but DON’T SWALLOW
  • Follow with the Lime Juice but DON’T SWALLOW
  • Swish the Ingredients in your mouth until the Irish Cream begins to curdle
  • Swallow

The Cement Mixer is not meant to taste good. It is also not meant to get you drunk. It is just a means of torcher, or to show off how badass you are. It gets its name because the process of mixing it in your mouth and solidifying to Cream is kind of like mixing cement. The Lime Juice is sometimes layered on top of the Irish Cream, but that can cause problems as they react.
