2 oz.Vodka
1 oz.Blue CuraƧao
4 oz.Lemonade
GarnishLemon Wheel

Directions

  • Combine the Ingredients in a Cocktail Shaker with Ice
  • Shake for 15 seconds
  • Strain into a Hurricane Glass over Ice
  • Garnish with a Lemon Wheel and Straw

The Blue Lagoon was created by Harry MacElhone’s son, Andy MacElhone, at Harry’s New York Bar in Paris, France. The drink was created in either the late 1960’s or early 1970’s. It was not named after the movie Blue Lagoon, as the drink was invented before it came out.

  • Combine the Ingredients in a Beer Glass
  • Stir till combined
  • Garnish with a Lemon Wheel

A Shandy, or Summer Shandy, is like a Beer Arnold Palmer. Although you can use any beer, Wheat Beer works best. You can also use whatever Lemonade you like, but the usual one is the carbonated version that is drank in Europe.

  • Pour the Iced Tea in a Highball Glass over Ice
  • Top with Lemonade
  • Stir till Combined
  • Garnish with a Lemon Wheel and Straw

The Arnold Palmer is named after the famous golfer of the same name. Apparently, he used to order the drink all the time, and some credit him with the invention of the drink. If you use sweet tea, it is a Winnie Palmer, named after his first wife. The spiked version of this drink is called a John Daly.

  • Top with Lemonade
  • Stir till combined

The John Daly is an Arnold Palmer spiked with Vodka. It is named after the famous golfer of the same name, who was a notorious alcoholic at the time. The cocktail was invented in 2005 by Daton Lewis at the Whiskey Creek Golf Corse in Florida. In response this John Daly himself decided to start his own beverage company called GIASI in 2010.

(Sparkling Wine)
1 BarspoonBlueberry Syrup
GarnishLemon Twist
GarnishBlueberries

Directions

  • Fill half of a Champagne Flute with the Lemonade and Blueberry Syrup
  • Top with Champagne
  • Stir till combined
  • Garnish with Blueberries and a Lemon Twist

The Lemosa is a Lemonade Mimosa with Blueberries. Not much more to say about it.
