.5 oz.	Honey Syrup
Garnish	Grapefruit Peel

Express the Oil from the Grapefruit Peel over the top
Garnish with the Grapefruit Peel

The Brown Derby is a simple cocktail that is thought to have been created in the 1930’s at the Vendôme Club in Los Angeles, California. The same cocktail was created in England, but went under a different name, the De Rigueur Cocktail.
