Fireman’s Sour

Ingredients

2 oz.	White Rum
1 oz.	Lime Juice
.5 oz.	Grenadine
.5 oz.	Egg White
Garnish	Orange Slice
Garnish	Cocktail Cherry

Directions

• Combine the Ingredients in a Cocktail Shaker
• Dry Shake vigorously for 30 Seconds
• Add Ice to the Shaker
• Wet Shake for 15 Seconds
• Double Strain into a Rocks Glass over Ice
• Garnish with an Orange Slice and Cocktail Cherry

The Fireman’s Sour was invented in the early 1900’s. It possibly got its name from the fiery red color of the drink.
