Add the Alcohol and Strawberries into a Blender

Blend till combined

Pour into a Cup and set it to the side

After cleaning the blender, combine the remaining Ingredients into it with Ice

Blend till combined

Pour both blended mixtures into a Highball Glass at the same time

Garnish with a Pineapple Wedge and Straw

The Lava Flow is a Frozen Cocktail that is usually associated with Hawaii for obvious reasons. This drink is pretty similar to the Beach Towel and the Miami Vice.

Miami Vice

Ingredients

2 oz.	Light Rum
1 oz.	Lime Juice
.5 oz.	Simple Syrup
2 oz.	Cream of Coconut
2 oz.	Pineapple Juice
1	Pineapple Chunk
1 Cup	Strawberries
Garnish	Pineapple Wedge

Directions

Combine the Lime Juice, Simple Syrup, Strawberries and half of the Rum in a Blender with Ice
Blend till combined
Pour into a Hurricane Glass
Stick it into the Freezer while you make the top half
After cleaning the blender, combine the remaining ingredients in it with Ice
Blend till combined
Pour into the top half of the Hurricane Glass
Garnish with a Strawberry, Pineapple Wedge and Straw

The Miami Vice actually predates the 80’s, but it sure did become popular then. This frozen cocktail is essentially a Piña Colada on top of a frozen Strawberry Daiquiri. It look very similar to the Beach Towel and Lava Flow.
