Rim a Cocktail Glass with Cocoa Powder or Chocolate Syrup

Combine the Ingredients in a Cocktail Shaker with Ice

Shake for 15 seconds

Strain into the Rimmed Cocktail Glass

There are many recipes for the Chocolate Martini out there, but I like this one. This isn’t an actual “Martini,” like the French Martini, it is just a name.

Mudslide

Ingredients

1 oz.	Vodka
1 oz.	Coffee Liqueur
1 oz.	Irish Cream
1.5 oz.	Cream
Garnish	Chocolate Shavings

Directions

Combine the Ingredients in a Cocktail Shaker with Ice
Shake for 15 Seconds
Strain into a Cocktail Glass or Coupe
Garnish with Shaved Chocolate

The Mudslide was invented in the 1970’s at the Wreck Bar in the Cayman Islands. This dessert Cocktail was originally made as a riff on the White Russian. For something more sweet and creamy you can make a blended version with Ice Cream.

Blended Mudslide

Ingredients

1 oz.	Vodka
1 oz.	Coffee Liqueur
1 oz.	Irish Cream
3 Scoops	Vanilla Ice Cream
Garnish	Chocolate Syrup
Garnish	Chocolate Shavings

Directions

Combine the Ingredients in a Blender
Blend till Combined
Drizzle Chocolate Syrup on the inside of a Cocktail Glass or Coupe
Pour the Blender Contents into the Glass
Garnish with Chocolate Shavings
