1 oz.Calvados (or Applejack)
1 oz.Cognac (Brandy)
.5 oz.Sweet Vermouth

Directions

  • Combine the Ingredients in a Mixing Glass with Ice
  • Stir for 30 Seconds
  • Strain into a Cocktail Glass or Coupe

The Corpse Reviver No. 1 is a drink from the 1800’s and the precursor to the more popular Corpse Reviver No. 2. It’s name refers to being a hangover cure. Bartender Harry Cradock recommended that the drink be consumed at 11 a.m. and will give you the energy to get through the rest of your day. It doesn’t actually work because there is no caffeine (or cocaine) in it to actually give you energy.

To TopApple Cider
GarnishMint Sprig

Directions

  • Combine the Liquor and Bitters in a Collins Glass over Ice
  • Top with Apple Cider
  • Stir till Combined
  • Garnish with a Mint Sprig and Straw

The Stone Fence is a Fall Cocktail that combines Liquor and Cider. In North America, Cider normally refers to the non-alcoholic beverage, but everywhere else is implies alcohol. Use whatever version you like.

1 oz.Triple Sec
.5 oz.Lemon Juice
.5 oz.Egg White

  • Combine the Ingredients in a Cocktail Shaker
  • Dry Shake vigorously for 30 Seconds
  • Add Ice to the Shaker
  • Wet Shake for 15 Seconds
  • Double Strain into a Cocktail Glass or Coupe

The White Lady, no relation to the Pink Lady, was created in 1919 by Harry MacElhone at Ciro’s Club in London, England. The original recipe featured Crème de Menth instead of Gin. The recipe was later changed by Harry in 1929 to the current recipe. This is an Official IBA Cocktail.

1 PartApplejack (Apple Brandy)
2 PartsChilled Champagne (Sparkling Wine)
RimCinnamon Sugar
GarnishApple Slice

Directions

  • Rim a Champagne Flute with Cinnamon Sugar
  • Fill half of the Glass with with Cider and Applejack
  • Top with Champagne
  • Stir till Combined
  • Garnish with an Apple Slice

The Apple Crisp is essentially a Vermosa spiked with Applejack. Cider can refer to different things throughout the world. In a lot of the world, Cider refers to the alcoholic beverage in Australia, but in the U.S., it is non-alcoholic. It doesn’t matter what you use. If you want a bit more of a punch, use the alcoholic kind.

The Jack Rose was invented around the early 1900’s somewhere in either New York or New Jersey. It probably gets its name from the fact that it’s red like a rose and is made with Applejack.

  • Shake for 15 seconds

The Paradise is the perfect cocktail for anyone with their mind on their money, and their money on their mind. When Snoop Dogg created the worlds largest Gin & Juice in 2018, he created a Paradise. This Cocktail also played a large part in the 1932 film, One Way Passage. This is an Official IBA Cocktail.

.5 oz.Applejack (Apple Brandy)
.75 oz.Lemon Juice
.25 oz.Grenadine
.5 oz.Egg White
GarnishBrandied Cherry

  • Dry Shake vigorously for 30 Seconds
  • Add Ice to the Shaker
  • Wet Shake for 15 seconds
  • Double Strain into a Cocktail Glass or Coupe
  • Garnish with a Brandied Cherry

The Pink Lady (no relation to the White Lady) is a prohibition cocktail with a reputation of being a “girly” cocktail. The drink shares a striking resemblance to the Clover Club.
