Ingredients

1.25 oz.Canadian Whiskey
1.25 oz.Apple Schnapps
1.25 oz.Cranberry Juice
GarnishApple Slice

Directions

  • Combine the Whiskey, Apple Schnapps and Cranberry Juice in a Cocktail Shaker with Ice
  • Shake for 15 Seconds
  • Strain into a Coupe or Cocktail Glass
  • Garnish with an Apple Slice

The Washington Apple was thought to have been invented in Washington in the 1980’s after a bug ruined much of the states apple orchards. A man named Christof Guycoogan began making Apple Liqueur out of the ruined apples. He then combined it with his favorite Cocktail. Canadian Whiskey with Cranberry Juice. This drink is often made into Shooters.

.5 oz.Apple Schnapps
.33 oz.Cranberry Juice
To TopSoda Water

Directions

  • Combine the Whiskey, Apple Schnapps and Cranberry Juice in a Cocktail Shaker with Ice
  • Shake for 15 Seconds
  • Strain into a Shot Glass
  • Top with Soda Water

1 oz.Apple Schnapps (or Apple Liqueur)
.5 oz.Lemon Juice

Directions

  • Combine the Ingredients in a Cocktail Shaker with Ice
  • Shake for 15 Seconds
  • Double Strain into a Cocktail Glass
  • Garnish with an Apple Slice

The Appletini is easy on the Tini, as it is a Martini in name only. There are a couple different recipes for this drink, some involving Apple Brandy. This drink was featured extensively in the show Scrubs, being J.D.’s favorite drink.

1 PartApplejack (Apple Brandy)
2 PartsChilled Champagne (Sparkling Wine)
RimCinnamon Sugar
GarnishApple Slice

  • Rim a Champagne Flute with Cinnamon Sugar
  • Fill half of the Glass with with Cider and Applejack
  • Top with Champagne
  • Stir till Combined
  • Garnish with an Apple Slice

The Apple Crisp is essentially a Vermosa spiked with Applejack. Cider can refer to different things throughout the world. In a lot of the world, Cider refers to the alcoholic beverage in Australia, but in the U.S., it is non-alcoholic. It doesn’t matter what you use. If you want a bit more of a punch, use the alcoholic kind.

The Vermosa is a Mimosa, but with Apple Cider. It gets its name from the State of Vermont, because Vermont is well known for their Apple Cider. An Apple Crisp is a version of this drink spiked with Applejack. In a lot of the world, Cider refers to an alcoholic beverage, but in the U.S. it is non-alcoholic. It doesn’t matter what you use.
