The Trinidad Sour is a very interesting cocktail. It was invented by Giuseppe González in Las Vegas, Nevada. It’s base is Angostura Bitters which is unlike any cocktail. Though on paper this drink shouldn’t work, it is actually quite enjoyable with an herbaceous flavor. This is an Official IBA Cocktail.
