Bucks are cocktails made with Ginger Beer or Ginger Ale, Citrus Juice and a Spirit. Mules are a subcategory of Bucks that are made with Ginger Beer and not Ginger Ale. Juleps (also known as Smashes) are Tall Cocktails served over Crushed Ice.

Flips and Nogs

Flips are cocktails made with a spirit, whole egg, sugar and spice. Nogs add Cream.
