Despite not inventing the cocktail, the bastards over at Pusser’s trademarked the drink and have sued people over using different Rum. You can use different Rum, but according to the evil corporate overlords, it is not a Painkiller. This cocktail has three levels with different amounts of Rum. The more pain you are currently in, the more Rum you use.
Garnish with a Pineapple Wedge, Maraschino Cherry and Straw (and a Cocktail Umbrella if available)

The original recipe is a shaken drink instead of the blended drink that we all know and love today. This is an Official IBA Cocktail.
