Jet Pilot

Ingredients
| 1 oz. | Overproof Dark Rum |
| .75 oz. | Overproof Demerara Rum |
| .75 oz. | Gold Rum |
| .75 oz. | Lime Juice |
| .5 oz. | Grapefruit Juice |
| .5 oz. | Falernum |
| .5 oz. | Cinnamon Syrup |
| 1 Dash | Angostura Bitters |
| 1 Dash | Absinthe |
| Garnish | Cocktail Cherry |
| Garnish | Mint Sprig |
Directions
- Combine the Ingredients in a Blender with Ice
- Blend at high speed for 3 Seconds
- Pour into a Rocks Glass
- Top with Cracked Ice
- Garnish with a Cocktail Cherry and Mint Sprig
The Jet Pilot is a riff on the Test Pilot that was invented at Luau, a bar in Beverly Hills, California in 1958.
