Café con Leche Flip

Ingredients
| 1 oz. | Dark Rum |
| .75 oz. | Coffee Liqueur |
| .75 oz. | Simple Syrup |
| .5 oz. | Cream |
| 1 | Egg Yolk |
| Garnish | Grated Nutmeg |
Directions
- Combine the Ingredients Cocktail Shaker
- Dry Shake vigorously for 30 Seconds
- Add Ice to the Shaker
- Wet Shake for 15 Seconds
- Strain into a Cocktail Glass or Coupe
- Garnish with Grated Nutmeg
The Café con Leche Flip, or “Coffee with milk” in English, is an alcoholic riff on a latté. The cocktail was invented by Sam Ross. The drink isn’t a traditional flip, as it contains dairy and only uses Egg Yolk instead of the whole Egg.
