Rob Roy

Ingredients
| 2 oz. | Scotch |
| 1 oz. | Sweet Vermouth |
| 2 Dashes | Angostura Bitters |
| Garnish | Brandied Cherries |
Directions
- Combine the Ingredients in a Mixing Glass with Ice
- Stir for 30 Seconds
- Strain into a Cocktail Glass
- Garnish with 2 Brandied Cherries
The Rob Roy is the Scotch version the Manhattan. It was created in 1894 at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City. It was named after an operetta of the same name about Rob Roy, a Scottish folk hero.
