Pickleback

Ingredients
| 1.5 oz. | Irish Whiskey (or Vodka/Bourbon) |
| 1.5 oz. | Pickle Juice |
Directions
- Pour the Whiskey and Pickle Juice in seperate Shot Glasses
- Take the Shot of Whiskey
- Take the Shot of Pickle Juice as a Chaser
The Pickleback was invented in 2006 after McClure’s Pickles asked to store some of their inventory in the basement of their neighbors, Brooklyn’s Bushwick Country Club. It was first done with Vodka, then Bourbon, and eventually Jameson Irish Whiskey became the Liqueur of choice. The name is possibly nod to the band “Nickleback.”
