The Godfather is a drink from the 1970’s and was named after the film The Godfather. The drink is similar to the French Connection, which uses Brandy instead of Scotch. The drink has also spawned some spinoffs including the Godmother, which uses Vodka, and the Grandchild, which uses Cream.
