Like the Boulevardier, the Old Pal is a riff on the Negroni Invented by Harry MacElhone at Harry’s New York Bar in Paris, France. The main difference between the Old Pal and the other drinks is that it uses Rye Whiskey and Dry Vermouth instead of Sweet Vermouth.
