The history of the Yellow Bird is quite unclear. Many think it was named after a Haitian song called Choucone, which was rewritten into English as “Yellow Bird.” There are a couple different variants of this drink. Banana Liqueur
.25 oz.
Galliano
1.5 oz.
Orange Juice
1 oz.
Pineapple Juice
.25 oz.
Lime Juice

Orange Slice (or Pineapple Wedge)
