Hot Buttered Rum Batter

Ingredients
| 1 Stick (8 Tablespoons) | Softened Unsalted Butter |
| .5 Cup | White Sugar |
| .5 Cup | Brown Sugar |
| 2 Barspoons | Ground Cinnamon |
| 1 Barspoon | Ground Clove |
| 1 Barspoon | Ground Nutmeg |
| 1 Cup | Vanilla Ice Cream |
Directions
- Combine the Ingredients in a Mixing Bowl
- Mix until it has the Consistency of a Batter
- Pour into a Container for Storage
- Store in the Freezer
This Batter is made to be used in Hot Buttered Rum. The Traditional Hot Buttered Rum is not made with Batter, but it is a modern take that has become more and more popular. It is more creamy and decadent than the Traditional Drink. This Recipe can be used to create between 8 to 15 Cocktails depending on how much you use.
