Gin-Gin Mule

Ingredients
| 1.75 oz. | Gin |
| 1 oz. | Simple Syrup |
| .5 oz. | Lime Juice |
| 6 | Mint Leaves |
| To Top | Ginger Beer |
| Garnish | Mint Sprig |
Directions
- Combine the Gin, Simple Syrup, Mint and Lime Juice in a Cocktail Shaker with Ice
- Shake for 15 Seconds
- Strain into a Collins Glass or Copper Mug over Ice
- Top with Ginger Beer
- Garnish with a Mint Sprig and Straw
The Gin-Gin Mule is a Minty twist on the London Mule. The drink was invented by Audrey Saunders at her bar, the Pegu Club, in New York City.
