Blue Hawaii

Ingredients

.75 oz.	Vodka
.75 oz.	Light Rum
.5 oz.	Blue Curaçao
3 oz.	Pineapple Juice
.25 oz.	Lemon Juice
.25 oz.	Lime Juice
.5 oz.	Simple Syrup
Garnish	Pineapple Wedge

Directions

• Combine the Ingredients in a Cocktail Shaker with Cracked Ice
• Shake for 15 Seconds
• Open Pour into a Hurricane Glass
• Garnish with a Pineapple Wedge and Straw (and a Cocktail Umbrella if available)

The Blue Hawaii, not to be confused with the Blue Hawaiian, is a drink invented in 1957 at the Kaiser Hawaiian Village in Honolulu, Hawaii by Harry Yee. The drink also shares a name with an Elvis Presley Film. Harry Yee also made a blended variant of the drink.

• Blend till Combined
• Pour into a Hurricane Glass
