Jungle Bird

Ingredients
| 1.5 oz. | Dark Rum |
| .75 oz. | Campari |
| 1.5 oz. | Pineapple Juice |
| .5 oz. | Lime Juice |
| .5 oz. | Simple Syrup |
| Garnish | Orange Wheel (or Pineapple Wedge) |
| Garnish | Cocktail Cherry |
Directions
- Combine the Ingredients in a Cocktail Shaker with Ice
- Shake for 15 seconds
- Double Strain into a Rocks Glass over Ice
- Garnish with a Cocktail Cherry and Orange Wheel or Pineapple Wedge
The Jungle Bird was invented in Malaysia in the 1970’s. The tropical drink didn’t become popular around the world until the late 80’s.
