Honeysuckle

Ingredients

2 oz.	White Rum
.5 oz.	Honey Syrup
.75 oz.	Lemon Juice
Garnish	Lemon Twist

Directions

• Combine the Ingredients in a Cocktail Shaker with Ice
• Shake for 15 seconds
• Double Strain into a Cocktail Glass or Coupe
• Garnish with a Lemon Twist

The Honeysuckle, like the Honey Bee, is a riff on the Bee’s Knees. The difference between the Bee’s Knees and Honeysuckle is substitution of Gin for White Rum.
